ADHD and Executive Functioning Coaching

Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement®

I’m an ADDCA-trained ADHD/Executive Function coach helping adults, children, and families with unique traits grow, overcome obstacles, and realize their full potential.

One of my key strengths is my diverse background combined with my whole-person approach, which helps me find creative solutions and work effectively with children, families, and adults of all ages and situations.

Before starting as an ADHD coach, I spent years working as a somatic practitioner with children with special needs and their families (Anat Baniel Method NeuroMovement, a powerful movement- and learning-based method). I specialize in neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism, Sensory processing) and developmental delays resulting from birth traumas, hereditary conditions, or other situations.

In addition to working with children, I have a successful background in software engineering and team leadership.

Through my personal growth experience, I figured out my executive functioning patterns and helped individuals and teams to be most productive at work.

I run a thriving somatic & coaching practice with my wife in San Mateo, CA, where we combine powerful disciplines to help the whole person and family.

ADHD COACHING

AD(H)D and other neurodiversity traits

Children & Families

Whether you or your child have been diagnosed with ADHD or recognize some unique traits, your personal development and family interaction dynamics may differ from a neuro-typical family. Coaching will help you and your child build skills and support systems that work with your brain’s unique ways while overcoming struggles and aligning with your passions, goals, and strengths.

Adults

If you have lived with some form of ADHD, whether diagnosed or suspected, you probably already know that you are unique in many ways. You may find it possible to feel extremely capable, passionate, and driven at one moment and then stuck at another. You may struggle with seemingly simple things and succeed in what others may find very complex. You may feel confused, blame yourself, feel inadequate, and have lower confidence.
We partner with you through your unique process of figuring yourself out and making your unique ADHD traits work for you rather than against you.

“My son and I have been working with Olga and Mark for over a year now. My son’s capabilities have accelerated steadily since working with Mark. His mood and energy levels are always high after each session. It has led him to develop much more confidence… We love Mark’s and Olga’s passion and dedication to their work! It makes a great deal of difference for our family.”

– DANIEL

“Mark is a kind and patient practitioner who works with my 10-year-old son with mild Autism and ADHD. He engages my son with attentive, good humor, and his calm, upbeat demeanor puts my son at ease, and they are able to connect and share a laugh. I notice that my son uses a lot more spontaneous language and comments on more things after his lessons with Mark. Since scripting (reciting movie/show dialogue) is his preferred way of speaking, this growth in his language expression is exactly what we, as parents, were hoping for, and we are excited to keep building on this success.”

– ANGIE

“Mark is very patient and calm, and my son enjoys talking to him. We are happy he has had the chance to have these sessions as he transitioned to kindergarten this year.”
