Curious about our programs at our San Mateo center or virtually?
We’re Olga and Mark, a husband-and-wife team with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families throughout San Mateo and beyond. At our San Mateo center, we offer in-person services to people from all over San Mateo County, including nearby cities like Belmont, San Carlos, Burlingame, Millbrae, and Redwood City, as well as the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
We also provide virtual ADHD coaching for adults across Silicon Valley, California, the West Coast, and beyond.
Our ADHD coaching clients may choose whether to visit us in person, which works especially well for children in one-on-one sessions and for parents or whole-family work. Adult ADHD clients often opt for virtual sessions, or they may come to our San Mateo center for a few sessions at the beginning to build a connection and explore what works best for them.
As for NeuroMovement®, many families travel to us for children’s intensives, which may be standalone sessions or part of a broader integrative coaching program.
For both coaching and somatic (NeuroMovement®) work, we also offer home, school, or workplace visits when needed.

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood of San Mateo, across from San Mateo Town Hall. Our building offers free underground parking and is easily accessible via elevator. We’re conveniently located just off Highway 92 at Alameda de las Pulgas, between El Camino Real and Alameda de las Pulgas.
Our center is peaceful, spacious, and well-ventilated, with large windows throughout that provide abundant natural light and fresh air-creating an ideal environment for focus, comfort, and connection.
