Olga is passionate about helping children and adults to find natural and gentle ways to overcome pain and limitations. Raised in the family of a well-respected orthopedic doctor, she observed her grandmother saving injured patients daily and grew passionate about helping those in pain.
Olga has completed all Mastery levels of the Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement®, including Children with Special Needs, Vitality & Anti-aging, and High Performers. Olga also found a powerful way of combining what she learned from the Feldenkrais approach with Pilates and was able to offer safe and effective fitness programs to people who others may not be able to work out due to limitations.
