We’re Olga and Mark, a husband-and-wife team who have been serving the San Mateo area for over 20 years. We’ve dedicated ourselves to helping individuals and families navigate challenges and create lasting, meaningful change.
Our San Mateo center offers in-person services to individuals and families from all over San Mateo County, including nearby cities such as Belmont, San Carlos, Burlingame, Millbrae, and Redwood City, as well as from across the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Virtual sessions are available for adult professionals in Silicon Valley, throughout California, across the West Coast, and nationwide.
In addition, families who may not live close to our San Mateo center travel to us for children’s intensives, whether as a standalone NeuroMovement® experience or part of a broader integrative coaching and somatic program.
On occasion, we also provide home, school, or workplace visits.

Our whole-person and whole-family approach
Our Well-Rounded and Deep Training
As professional ADHD coaches, we have received extensive training at ADDCA, studying under top mentors in the field. We are also certified Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® practitioners, having studied directly with Anat Baniel.
This combined training allows us to offer an integrative approach that supports both body and mind.
Aiming for Meaningful and Sustainable Growth
Whole-person
While we offer standalone 1:1 coaching and somatic practices, many clients experience even greater benefits from our unique integrative approach.
Together, our ADHD coaching and somatic approach work in tandem.
For example, our specialized ADHD coaching helps clients learn new patterns and turn them into actionable improvements. At the same time, we engage the body to support those changes, fostering more effective and lasting transformation.
Progress can often be facilitated more quickly and effectively when the body supports the change optimally, especially with ADHD. That’s why we view our clients through somatic lenses, incorporating mind-body integration, mindfulness, self-regulation, and body awareness, including the potent NeuroMovement® method.
As a result, by combining these two modalities, we help individuals make meaningful, lasting changes that are deeply rooted in both body and mind.
Whole-family
Our deep specialization in supporting families focuses on creating environments grounded in awareness, connection, and understanding. This helps both children and parents navigate challenges with confidence.
Whether it’s helping a child develop self-regulation skills or supporting an adult with ADHD-related challenges, our approach nurtures lasting growth. This growth happens both individually and, when the family is involved, within family dynamics.
Helping Unique Brains Thrive: Supporting Executive Function, Learning, and Personal Growth
Over many years of working with children, teens, adults, and families from both mind-body and coaching perspectives, our practice has naturally evolved into a whole-person integrative approach. We continue to maintain deep specialization in both ADHD coaching and NeuroMovement®.
Our work is shaped by everything we’ve learned through our training, our parenting experience, and our own personal growth. We use all of it to support children, young adults, adults, and families in navigating challenges and growing with confidence.

Who We Work With: Children, Teens, Adults, and Families with Unique Challenges and Strengths
Empowering Unique Minds: Children and Teens with ADHD, Learning Differences, and Developmental Delays
We specialize in helping school-age children and their families, including siblings, reduce overwhelm and bring ease and harmony into daily life.
Additionally, we support young adults and college students to develop the self-awareness, confidence, and skills necessary to thrive during the transition into adulthood.
We also work closely with parents to set up scaffolding that supports their children’s growth in executive functioning and social skills, while also improving family dynamics.
In summary, our approach helps families develop awareness and appreciation of each individual’s strengths, while compassionately addressing challenges and fostering effective collaboration.
Navigating Life with ADHD: Tech Professionals, Entrepreneurs, and Creative Thinkers
While both of us work with adults, Mark brings a unique background in software engineering, team leadership, and entrepreneurship. Having navigated his own growth journey with ADHD, he deeply understands the specific challenges of managing focus, energy, and work-life balance, particularly in high-pressure fields like tech.
His real-world experience, combined with ADHD coaching, enables professionals to gain clarity, boost productivity, and improve work-life balance.
Mark’s approach is focused on aligning clients’ strengths with both short- and long-term goals, making it easier to manage the demands of work and life.
Support for Busy Adults, Overwhelmed Parents, and Career-Changers with ADHD
Many of the adults we work with have spent years managing demanding careers, family responsibilities, and personal goals, often without recognizing how ADHD or executive functioning challenges may be affecting their daily lives. Some feel stuck after years of pushing forward, unsure how to regain energy or direction.
Whether you’re a parent supporting multiple neurodivergent family members, a busy professional looking for more balance, or someone navigating a major life shift, we offer practical support to help you realign with your brain, body, and needs.
Our approach encourages clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction, so you can move forward at your own pace, with a deeper understanding of how to work with your unique strengths and challenges.
NeuroMovement® for All: Whole-Body Learning, Vitality, and Pain Relief
NeuroMovement® is a gentle, movement-based approach that engages the brain through functional movement, attention, and awareness.
This powerful method helps both adults and children (re-)discover vitality, ease chronic pain, and freedom of movement.
NeuroMovement® for Children of All Ages with Movement Limitations
Beyond our focus on ADHD, we have extensive experience supporting children of all ages, from infants to young adults, with special needs of varying severity, including autism, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, and birth trauma.
Our approach helps children with these challenges reach their fullest potential by enhancing both their movement and learning abilities.
The NeuroMovement® method works with the brain and body, promoting natural growth through self-discovery via functional movement with awareness. This leads to improvements across movement, emotional, social, cognitive, and overall well-being.

"Mark is a kind and patient practitioner who works with my 10-year-old son with mild Autism and ADHD. He engages my son with attentive, good humor, and his calm, upbeat demeanor puts my son at ease, and they are able to connect and share a laugh. I notice that my son uses a lot more spontaneous language and comments on more things after his lessons with Mark."
"My son and I have been working with Olga and Mark for over a year now. My son's capabilities have accelerated steadily since working with Mark. His mood and energy levels are always high after each session. It has led him to develop much more confidence... We love Mark's and Olga's passion and dedication to their work! It makes a great deal of difference for our family."
"Mark is very patient and calm, and my son enjoys talking to him. We are happy he has had the chance to have these sessions as he transitioned to kindergarten this year."
