NeuroMovement®

“Whole-body Learning. Mindful Movement for ease, clarity, and focus.”

We’re Olga and Mark, a husband-and-wife team who have been serving the San Mateo area for over 20 years. We’ve dedicated ourselves to helping individuals and families navigate challenges and create lasting, meaningful change.

We see clients in person at our San Mateo center, serving families and individuals from all over San Mateo County, including nearby cities such as Belmont, San Carlos, Burlingame, Millbrae, and Redwood City, as well as from across the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We also offer remote sessions for adult professionals throughout Silicon Valley, the West Coast, and across the country. In addition, we work with families who travel to us for children’s intensives using the NeuroMovement® method, whether as a standalone experience or as part of a broader integrative coaching and somatic program. On occasion, we also provide home, school, or workplace visits.

What Makes Our ADHD Coaching and Somatic Approach Unique?

Our integrative approach is truly unique. It combines specialized ADHD coaching with powerful somatic and mind-body methods to support the whole person and the whole family. This holistic approach enables us to work with clients of all ages and stages of life, from children and families to adult professionals, leading to deeper, more lasting growth and improvements.

Our whole-person and whole-family approach

Aiming for meaningful and sustainable growth

We are both professional ADHD coaches trained at ADDCA, with many years of in-depth training from top mentors in the ADHD field. We are also certified Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® practitioners, having studied directly with Anat Baniel.

While we offer individual coaching and somatic practices, many clients experience even greater benefits from our unique integrative approach. Our specialized ADHD coaching helps clients learn new patterns and turn them into actionable improvements. With ADHD, especially, progress can often be facilitated more quickly and effectively when the body supports the change in the most optimal way.

That’s why we view our clients through somatic lenses, incorporating mind-body integration, mindfulness, self-regulation, and body awareness, including the potent NeuroMovement® method. By combining these two modalities, we help individuals make meaningful, lasting changes that are deeply rooted in both body and mind.

We also specialize in working with families to foster an environment of support, understanding, and consistency. Whether it’s helping a child develop self-regulation skills or supporting an adult in navigating ADHD-related challenges, our approach nurtures lasting growth, both individually and within family dynamics when the family is involved.

Helping Unique Brains Thrive: Supporting Executive Function, Learning, and Personal Growth

Over many years of working with children, teens, adults, and families from both mind-body and coaching perspectives, our practice has naturally evolved into a whole-person integrative approach. We continue to maintain deep specialization in both ADHD coaching and NeuroMovement®.

Our work is shaped by everything we’ve learned through our training, our parenting experience, and our own personal growth. We use all of it to support children, young adults, adults, and families in navigating challenges and growing with confidence.

Who We Work With: Children, Teens, Adults, and Families with ADHD

Children and teens with ADHD, learning challenges, and developmental delays

We specialize in helping school-age children and their families, including siblings, reduce overwhelm and bring more ease and harmony into daily life.

We also work with young adults and college students to help them develop the skills, self-awareness, and confidence needed to thrive during the transition into adulthood.

In addition, we work closely with parents to set up the necessary scaffolding to support their children’s growth in executive functioning and social skills, while also finding ways to make family dynamics smoother and more fulfilling.

Our approach helps families respect each individual’s strengths while addressing challenges in a compassionate and effective way.

Adult Professionals with ADHD: Software Engineers, Entrepreneurs, and Tech Workers

While we both work with adults, Mark also brings a unique background in software engineering, team leadership, and entrepreneurship. Having navigated his own growth journey with ADHD, Mark understands the specific challenges of managing focus, energy, and work-life balance, especially in high-pressure fields like tech.

His real-world experience, combined with ADHD coaching, helps professionals find greater clarity, boost productivity, and achieve a better balance between work and personal life. Mark’s approach is focused on aligning clients’ strengths with both short- and long-term goals, making it easier to manage the demands of work and life.

NeuroMovement® for everyone: whole-body learning, vitality, and pain relief

NeuroMovement® is a gentle, movement-based approach that engages the brain through functional movement, attention, and awareness.

This powerful method helps both adults and children find vitality, ease chronic pain, and regain freedom of movement.

We both have extensive experience working with children with special needs, including ADHD, autism, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, and birth trauma.
